In addition, you can customize the rules for each customer so that it is pre-validated before going into your ERP system to prevent costly delays in shipping or invoicing. When OrderIQ detects an issue with an incoming order, it throws it to your OrderIQ processing screen for your personnel to see and correct. Once corrected, they can re-submit it and it will re-validate against the rules you defined to make sure that no other problems exist. Once the order is clean it can flow directly into your ERP or ordering system.
